Shipping Info

All online orders ship out of the United States.  Our main warehouse is located, centrally, in Dallas, Texas.

Once you've placed your order, please allow up to 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday) for processing/handling time.  The following shipping options are available:

All orders placed Friday, 3pm CST through Sunday ship on the immediate Monday thereafter.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q. I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows that my order was delivered.  How is that possible?

A. Due to an internal glitch, carriers will immediately mark a freshly, generated tracking number as "Delivered" before the order is actually scanned and picked up from our Dallas, Texas warehouse.  Please disregard and check back after 24 hours for an update.

 

Q. I just received an email saying my package was delivered, but I don't have it?  How is that possible?

A. If you see that the package was scanned as delivered, but you have not received it, please allow an additional 24 hours for the mail carrier to bring by your package along with your normal mail delivery.  Be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household.  The package may have been left in a secure location if no one was home at the time of delivery.  If you still cannot locate it, send us an email and we'll get things sorted out.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping options. 

 

Q. What courier do you use?

A. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

 

Q. Do you ship out of the United States?

A. Yes!  All of our orders are shipped out of the United States.

 

Q. I ordered multiple items.  Will I receive them separately?

A. It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship at different times.  You will receive an email update with tracking information for every possible shipment.
